Splash Biography

We are surrounded by people, yet many of us feel lonely and misunderstood. Most of us cling to a few meaningful relationships to meet our interpersonal needs. Is it possible to build more meaningful relationships with others? Yes, but doing so requires some skills and knowledge. In this class we'll practice those skills and search for that knowledge. This is a class to empower you. I want you to leave with concrete techniques to use in your life, to feel less lonely and more connected. We will practice in real-time, with the other students in the class. This is not a class where you can't speak unless you raise your hand, nor is this a class to pad your resume. This is a class where you should come as the full person you are, in order to grow.
