Brief Biographical Sketch:

Marlie Kass is a lifelong storyteller, passionate playwright, and multi-hyphenate theater creator. She cares deeply about working towards a future of theater centered on diversity and empathy both on and off the stage. Marlie’s works have been recognized through the International Human Rights Arts Festival, The Eugene O’Neill Young Playwrights Festival, and the Scholastic Art and Writing Awards. Additionally, she is a passionate advocate for the transformative power of arts education. On campus, Marlie is involved with Triangle Club and the Lewis Center for the Arts. She also very much enjoys good books, good tea, and good chocolate.
